Kat Von D is the new owner of the home made famous by Steve Martin in “Cheaper by the Dozen,” but the place was anything but cheap.
The home’s located in L.A.’s Hancock Park neighborhood which has been home to Melanie Griffith, Shonda Rhimes and Lana Del Rey … and which also helps to explain the $6.5 million price tag.
HUGE is an understatement for the 12,500 sq ft, 3-story Victorian. With 11 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms … it’s a TON more room than single Kat needs, but maybe she’s planning to adopt 12 kids.
