Eli Roth and his wife are calling it quits on their marriage … the “Hostel” director just filed for divorce.
Roth submitted docs in L.A. Monday — obtained by TMZ — to end things with Lorenza Izzo. The two got hitched back in 2014 and never had any children together. Izzo is a Chilean model and horror film actress, best known for her role as Kylie in “Aftershock.”
Roth has found a ton of success in horror films and directed “Inglourious Basterds” with Quentin Tarantino.
It’s unclear exactly what led to Roth’s filing.
Roth posted about the split Monday evening, saying, “It is with deep love and respect that we are choosing to separate as a couple. We’ve had an incredible journey together, we love each other very much, and will remain the best of friends.”
