Daniel Dae Kim (Hawaii Five-0, LOST) is in talks to join the cast of Lionsgate and Millennium’s Hellboy reboot, according to The Hollywood Reporter. He would replace Ed Skrein in the role of Major Ben Daimio, a rugged military member of the Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense who can turn into a jaguar because of a curse. Skrein recently dropped out of the role after the casting controversy, considering Mike Mignola’s character is of Japanese-American descent in the comics.
