Margaery's Shaming Revealed in Game of Thrones Episode 6.06 Photos

In the magical land of Westeros, summers and winters can span decades, but for fans of Game of Thrones, each season only lasts 10 episodes. Believe it or not, we’re now delving into the back half of Season 6, with the sixth episode Blood of My Blood, airing Sunday, May 29 at 9 PM ET on HBO. Just a few days after the first preview for this new episode debuted, HBO has released photos which drop some interesting hints. If you aren’t caught up with the series thus far, there will be potential SPOILERS below, so read on at your own risk.

The preview for Blood of My Blood teased that the High Sparrow (Jonathan Pryce) is getting ready for Margaery’s (Natalie Dormer) walk of atonement, which may be similar to the walk of shame Cersei (Lena Headey) had to endure in the Season 5 finale. However, we also saw in that footage that Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) is getting ready to stop this from happening. We saw in an earlier episode that both Jaime and Cersei crashed a Small Council meeting, seemingly forming an alliance with Margaery’s grandmother, Lady Olenna Tyrell (Diana Rigg), who all agreed that Margaery should not be forced to endure this humiliating experience.

On the other side of the Narrow Sea, we get a glimpse at Arya (Maisie Williams), who is presumably stalking her next target from Jaquen H’gar, an actress named Lady Stork (Essie Davis). We got our first look at Lady Stork and the rest of her theater troupe, who were seen acting our pivotal moments in Westeros history, including the beheading of Arya’s own father, Ned Stark (Sean Bean). While Arya was spying on Lady Stork backstage, she learned that she’s the only one in this acting troupe to drink rum, with Arya tasked with poisoning her, even though Arya notes that she seems like a decent person.

Another photo also gives us a new glimpse at reunited lovers Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) and Daario Naharis (Michiel Huisman), following the fiery events of this season’s third episode. Both Daario and Jorah Mormont (Iain Glen) set off on a journey from Meereen to find the missing Dany, locating her in the Dothraki capitol of Vaes Dothrak, where she was sent to become a member of the Dosh Khaleen, widowers of former Khal’s. At the end of the third episode, Dany set a Dothraki hut on fire, killing several leaders before emerging unburnt, with legions of followers bowing at her feet. We’ll have to wait and see what’s next for Dany, Daario and Jorah in this week’s episode.

We also get a glimpse at King Tommen (Dean Charles Chapman) and Lady Stork in the final photos for Sunday night’s episode, which you can check out below. The cryptic synopsis for Blood of My Blood also teased that “an old foe returns,” but we don’t know for sure which character may come back this week. While we wait for more details, check out the new photos from Blood of My Blood below.
