Being Mary Jane fans are receiving an extra holiday gift this year, as the show’s star Gabrielle Union has reached a settlement with BET in her breach of contract lawsuit against the network.

The actress sued in October, claiming BET was combining seasons four and five of the series to lower her pay and extend her contract.

Details of the settlement are scarce, but BET issued a statement Tuesday announcing the matter was resolved: “BET Networks is pleased to announce that they have reached an amicable agreement with Gabrielle Union and look forward to sharing the new season of Being Mary Jane with its loyal fans beginning January 10, 2017.”

Union is represented by attorney Martin Singer, who has not yet commented on the deal.
